Rooms at Nile Safari Lodge
Set in Murchison Falls National Park, Nile Safari Lodge contains eight secluded, luxurious thatched-roof bandas overlooking one of Africa’s most iconic views—the River Nile.
Inside, rich wooden furnishings and natural materials evoke modern safari style. Each banda also has en-suite facilities with indoor and outdoor showers, a day bed, seating area, mosquito net, and a private viewing deck.
When staying at Nile Safari Lodge, guests can choose between three types of bandas: the Deluxe Banda, the Exclusive Banda, or the Family Villa.
Deluxe Banda
The lodge’s six deluxe bandas are available with King or Twin sleeping arrangements. These perfectly secluded rooms offer a spacious retreat for safari goers to Murchison Falls National Park and include an outdoor shower and private deck, where guests can enjoy unparalleled views of the Nile.
Exclusive Banda
Ideal for honeymooners or a luxurious getaway, the exclusive banda offers the same exquisite amenities of the deluxe banda, but with the added feature of a private terrace with a plunge pool. Just a few steps down from the terrace, guests will be a private star bed nestled along the waterfront, where they can take in stunning river views and the night sky in the wilderness.
Family Villa
For those traveling as a family or in a small group, the flexible layout of the family villa balances privacy with the convenience of shared living spaces. Two master bedrooms—each featuring a king bed and a loft with two twin beds—make up the majority of the space and accommodate up to four adults and four children.
Outdoors, guests at the family villa can enjoy a private terrace with lunch service and private swimming pool with views of the Shoebill Peninsula.
