1. Share Your Inspiration
The journey begins here. Contact us and share any details about the trip your clients are looking for—destinations of choice, what you would like to see, the number of travelers, and general dates. Whatever your travel dreams, don’t hesitate to let us know.
2. We'll Plan & Fine-Tune
We’ll put our knowledge of the region to work. Based on your clients’ travel needs, we’ll create a personalized safari, complete with an itinerary outline, activities, suggested accommodations, a list of inclusions, and a quote based on the proposed trip.
From there, we’ll communicate to fine-tune the details—adjusting an accommodation where desired, adding an activity, and so on—until you are satisfied and ready to book.
3. Reserve Your Safari
When you are ready to reserve your safari, we’ll send an invoice with payment details, as well as a brief booking form.
Once your deposit is made and booking form is received, we’ll take care of the details of your safari—reserving your accommodations, booking any primate trekking permits and internal flights, and making arrangements for your guide, transport, and any other activities during your trip. You’ll receive an e-package containing detailed pre-arrival information for your destination, along with a copy of your final itinerary.
All you need to do is book the arrival flight and pack!
4. Enjoy!
Upon arrival at the airport in your destination country, you will be met by our representative. (We will also see you off to the airport when you—reluctantly!—depart.) Enjoy your trip of a lifetime, knowing that you are in good hands every step of the way.
