BESPOKE TANZANIA SAFARIS

Start Planning Your Custom Safari in Tanzania

Your custom Tanzania safari begins here as you dream about your next great adventure.

Tanzania has many of East Africa’s most popular safari locations, including the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, and of course, the Serengeti. There is so much to see and do in Tanzania, and the team at Hornbill Treks and Safaris enjoys getting to know our guests so that we can design the perfect Tanzania safari itinerary for them.

If you haven’t settled on Tanzania over our other East Africa destinations, you might also like to consider our  Uganda Safaris, Kenya Safaris, and Rwanda Safaris.

Your Tailor-Made Safari in Tanzania Starts Here

As we said at the beginning, your trip starts here – this is because we travel to a destination many times in our minds before we get on the plane. We hope you’ll spend a little inspiration time on our safari travel blog and with our range of Tanzania safaris.

When contemplating your Tanzania safari itinerary, you may like to consider The Great Migration – one of the largest land migrations in the world, consisting of millions of wildebeest, zebra, impala, and other animals. The animals calve in the southern Serengeti as the wet season makes the area lush and green. But as the land dries, the herds of animals must follow the rains and grasses to the Masai Mara in Kenya, bringing with them the unforgettable spectacle of the river crossing at the Mara River.

As incredible as it is, there’s so much more to Tanzania than the Serengeti alone. The lions of Lake Manyara National Park are famous for climbing trees, and Tarangire is known for the vast population of elephants and stunning baobab trees there. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area also offers perhaps the most diverse range of natural habitats and biomes in Africa, with grasslands, forest, montane forest, and swamp. With all of these different habitats comes a rich and varied roster of wildlife to observe on game drives.
